We are proud to announce that Northfield is partnering with New Perspective Real Estate and several local business and organizations for the 7th Annual Stapleton Community Food Drive from September 30 – October 9. The food drive helps families and children who suffer from hunger and poor nutrition in and around the Stapleton community. The drive will help us stock our school’s food pantry.
Today we are asking for your help! There are three ways to donate:
1) Bring your canned goods and other non-perishable donations to our COLLECTION BARREL here at school Sept. 30-Oct. 9. Northfield’s wish list includes: spaghetti sauce, pasta, rice, beans, canned tuna/chicken, boxed mac/cheese, hearty soups and chili, peanut butter, canned fruit/vegetables, cereal, oatmeal, granola bars and other healthy snacks.
2) Stapleton residents: Look for the WHITE COLLECTION BAG delivered to your home on Saturday, September 30. Generously fill it with non-perishable items, place the bag on your front porch by 9 a.m. on Saturday, October 7, and volunteers will pick up your donation that day.
3) Make a CASH DONATION directly to our school food pantry by visiting https://www.stapletonfooddrive.com/donate. Make sure to type Northfield High School in the “Notes” section.
