Visit our Campus

From students shadowing, to parent tours, to 8th grade open houses, to attending an athletic event or theater performance, Northfield offers a variety of ways to experience life on campus. Come to one or all!

Northfield will hold its first 8th Grade Open House from 6-8 p.m. on October 4. Students and parents are invited to come for a brief presentation from school administration, followed by breakout sessions on academic subject areas, International Baccalaureate, parent and student panels, and athletics and activities. No need to RSVP.

Northfield will hold a spring semester 8th grade open house from 6-8 p.m. on January 17.

Student shadowing at Northfield will begin October 1. You may sign up for student shadowing here.

Shadowing at Northfield will be available for a morning or afternoon session with the option to experience lunch from Monday-Thursday. Morning sessions will run from 7:50-11:30 a.m., and afternoon sessions will run from 11:45-3:10 p.m. There will be six open shadowing slots per session after the first week of shadowing.

All students who partake in shadowing will have the opportunity to see four classes, including one core class, one elective and an IB class. Students will be paired with a 9th grade student ambassador who is their main point of contact, but will see 9th, 10th and 11th grade classes during their experience (11th grade classes are International Baccalaureate classes). We will do our best to match shadows with students who have at least one similar interest.
