Visit our Campus

From students shadowing, to parent tours, to 8th grade open houses, to attending an athletic event or theater performance, Northfield offers a variety of ways to experience life on campus. Come to one or all!

8TH GRADE OPEN HOUSE

Northfield will hold a spring semester 8th grade open house from 6:30-8:15 p.m. on January 10. Students and parents are invited to come for a brief presentation from school administration, followed by breakout sessions on academic subject areas, International Baccalaureate, parent and student panels, and athletics and activities. No need to RSVP.

STUDENT SHADOWING

Shadowing at Northfield will be available as a morning or afternoon session with the option to experience lunch from Monday-Thursday. Morning sessions will run from 8:00-11:20 a.m., and afternoon sessions will run from 12:00-3:00 p.m.

All students who participate in shadowing will have the opportunity to see four classes, including both ninth grade and upper division courses. Students will be paired with 9th grade and upperclassmen student ambassadors so that they can see a range of classes during their experience. We will do our best to match shadows with students based on gender, interests or requests, but understand that that is not always possible.

You can sign up for shadowing slots here. Once they are full, you can check back for cancellations during the year. Choice begins January 15 so at that time we plan to end shadowing except in the case of transfer students.
