I am honored to call myself a Nighthawk since August 2016! I am a Denver Native and 3rd generation Denver South High School Alumni.
I began my career working with children in a child care setting, before finding my true passion in supporting students through social justice issues, particularly in the realm of supporting diverse learning needs. For those reasons I pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Denver, followed by attending graduate school and obtaining my Education Specialist Degree (Ed.S.) from the University of Denver in Child, Family, and School Psychology. I am a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP).
I support our Nighthawks by providing special education services and evaluations, individual/group counseling, 504 coordinating, promoting positive behavior and mental health in schools, crisis response, and team collaboration on student needs. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns regarding your student!
