A lifelong learner with a passion for languages, I have a master’s in ESL from University of Delaware and a master’s in Spanish from CU Boulder. Though not a native Spanish speaker, I started learning in 7th grade and have since become fluent in both Spanish and Italian, having lived in Rome, Italy and traveled extensively in Spanish speaking countries. I see language as a way to authentically connect to the world and truly understand another’s perspective. I am thrilled to bring my excitement about learning and global citizenship to the thriving, diverse environment of Northfield High School. When I’m not in the classroom, I enjoy tennis, reading, Netflix in Spanish, and my spunky 7 year old son. I look forward to riding my bike to school!
