Join your fellow Juniors and Seniors at this year’s Northfield High School Prom, Saturday, 5/6, 8-11 p.m., at Denver’s Mile High Station (2027 W. Colfax Ave, Denver, 80204). The evening’s theme is Secret Garden. Tickets are $40 each, and must be purchased in advance through myschoolbucks.com, or by visiting Mr. Calderwood (see below)* Ticket sales are open now through Thursday, 5/4. Please note: All Northfield students will be asked to show their school ID to enter Prom. Review the complete list of dance guidelines.
To be eligible to attend Prom, students must:
- Be members of the Class 2023 and 2024.
- Maintain a 92% attendance rate in the 5 weeks prior to the dance.
- Have attended and engaged in P/SAT testing.
- Have attended CMAS Science testing (if applicable).
- Have paid all fees in myschoolbucks.
- Have no behavior incidents in the 5 weeks prior.
If you are currently ineligible to attend, you will receive an appeals form to be considered for eligibility.
Guests from other grades or schools must follow these guidelines:
- Northfield students must complete a guest form if their guest is a non-Northfield student. Guest forms must be approved by Alpha Admin before guest tickets are purchased. These forms are due by Friday, 4/28.
- *Guest tickets may NOT be purchased online.; they must be purchased in-person from Mr. Calderwood.
- Northfield guests must meet all attendance and behavior requirements.
Northfield Student and Guest Behavioral Expectations
All Northfield event attendees are expected to engage in “school-appropriate behavior.” Any student caught at a school function (including activities, sports and clubs) under the influence or in possession of drugs or alcohol will be subject to disciplinary action, including, but not limited to, suspension, and /or citation by the police. Parents/Guardians will be notified to escort the student and their guest(s) home and further dance, sports, or club attendance privileges may be revoked. This includes being in possession of a vape pen.
