Seal of Biliteracy

The DPS Seal of Biliteracy is an award for graduating high school students who can read, speak, listen, and write at a high level in English, as well as another language. It is a prestigious award that lets colleges and employers know you are proficient in more than one language. The Seal appears in your official transcript and your diploma, and you’ll receive an honorary cord to wear at graduation. Once you have registered for the Seal, school counselors will help you to meet qualifying marks for English and World Language.
