I’m Jennifer Carabetta, I’m so excited to be a Nighthawk! I attended Indiana University, where I met my husband, and moved to Denver. Starting in ‘97, I worked as the theatre and dance director at Chaparral High School. While there, I directed over 20 plays, musicals, school-wide talent shows, and dance concerts, including “Les Miserables,” and “West Side Story.” I have also taught 7th grade drama, with a focus on musical theatre, at McAuliffe International School. As Student Council teacher at Northfield, we have focused on bringing the school and community together through events organized by students, such as the Unity Color Run, the DPS March for Justice and Peace, advocating for students issues at DPS School Board Meetings, and Homecoming. I truly believe that students can do anything they put their mind to.
“Be the change you wish to see in the world.”
