Denver Public Schools provides every student with a premium, district-linked Khan Academy account.
While many know Khan Academy for SAT prep but it is also a mastery engine designed to support success in a high-challenge academic environment.
Use your DPS Google account (ends in @dpsk12.org) If you don’t have a Khan Academy account yet, one will be created for you.
Step 3: Choose Your Mastery Path
For Digital SAT Prep: Select “Test Prep” then “Digital SAT” and follow the prompts to link your College Board account. This imports your PSAT scores to create a custom study plan.
For IB Course Support: Search for your specific subjects (e.g., Biology, Calculus, World History) and select “Add to Dashboard.” Use these to review concepts before IB internal assessments.
For Life Skills: Explore the “College, Careers, and More” section to start lessons on Financial Literacy or Career Exploration.
Step 4: Commit to Growth
Consistency over Intensity: Just 15–20 minutes, 2-3 times a week, makes a measurable difference in course grades and long-term retention.
Use the Tools: Access official practice questions, watch short instructional videos, and follow your personalized skill plan to take ownership of your learning.
