Integrated within Northfield’s IB for All framework, our Engineering CTE Pathway prepares students for technical careers in engineering, design, and manufacturing. Students build essential analytical problem-solving skills through hands-on projects, learning the exact engineering design processes used in modern industry to turn concepts into manufactured products.

Using industry-standard Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, students progress from basic geometric sketching to developing, analyzing, and evaluating 3D solid models.

Learning is further enriched through our on-campus technology and engineering clubs, where students apply their CAD, hardware, and coding skills to competitive robotics and real-world physical design challenges.

*Note: All courses qualify as weighted electives at the discretion and guidance of Denver Public Schools.
