Meet Coach David Miller
The 2024-25 marks Coach David Miller‘s inaugural year as the head coach of the Northfield Nighthawks Baseball program. He joined the team as an assistant coach during the 2015-16 school year, and most recently served as the head JV coach.
Coach Miller believes in building players with strong character traits, such as perseverance, a dedication to excellence, and humility, along with helping them become the best versions of themselves on and off the field.
In addition to coaching at Northfield, Coach Miller is currently the STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) Teacher at Swigert International School in Central Park. His family consists of his wife, Rachel, also a teacher in DPS; his daughter, Evelyn; and his super-mutt rescue dog, Duke.
Coach Miller looks forward to making continued progress with the Nighthawk Baseball program, and knows that we have a future with many championships ahead of us!
