City Year, is a nationwide youth development organization, partnering with Northfield High School for the 2025-2026 school year to provide academic support. City Year hosts weekly after school tutoring sessions on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, from 4:00pm to 5:00pm. If regularly scheduled tutoring sessions are not being held for any reason, this will be communicated to students directly.
Written permission is required for students to participate in City Year’s after-school programs. Complete the form below and have your student give the form to a City Year team member.
