Meet Coach Joe Gannon
The 2024-25 school year marked Northfield High School Coach Joe Gannon’s fourth year as the head coach for the Nighthawk Men’s Lacrosse team. Joe grew up on Long Island, NY, where he was an All-Conference football player and was a three time varsity lacrosse captain – and had the most career points at John Glenn High School. He went on to play Division 1 lacrosse at Sacred Heart University. Last season Joe coached Northfields first JV team, who finished the season with a 10-5 record.
In addition to coaching, Joe is the Sales Director at a software technology company. Joe has experience with managing a team, as well as individuals in a professional environment. His biggest asset is creating a team mentality and having everyone use their individual skills to work towards the same team goal.
