Theater Spotlight: “A-Haunting We Will Go”

This week, our Theatre Company opened their fall production of A-Haunting We Will Go, a playful mystery filled with lively characters, surprising plot twists, and a whole lot of personality. This show has been a community effort from the start. Students and teachers have spent weeks building sets, memorizing lines, designing costumes, choreographing movement, and supporting one another every step of the way.

This production features two rotating casts: Cast Mary and Cast Flint. Each cast has developed its own interpretation of the characters and humor in the play. Both groups have approached the work with teamwork, creativity, and heart. Their dedication has been evident throughout the rehearsal process and we are excited for our community to experience both versions of the show.

A special celebration goes to our senior performers and crew members. Their leadership has shaped the tone of this production. They have been role models for younger castmates through problem-solving, consistent preparation, and a willingness to support wherever needed. Whether on stage or behind the scenes, they have modeled what it means to lead with care.

There are two more opportunities to come out and support our theatre students:

We invite our Nighthawk community to join us, cheer loudly, and celebrate the hard work of these talented students. Purchase Tickets:  $10 adult/ $5 students

Support Our School

Together, We Can Meet Our Students’ Most Urgent Needs – Colorado Gives Campaign

Every family in our school community wants the same thing: a safe, supportive place where children can learn, grow, and dream big. But some of our students face challenges that make even everyday experiences feel out of reach.

This year, more families than ever are struggling with job losses, medical bills, housing instability, and rising costs. For some students, that means needing immediate assistance, access to appropriate clothing and shoes and personal care items.

Funds from the Northfield Foundation make it possible for our Critical Needs team and the Northfield Counseling team to respond quickly when our students and families need help most.

Your contribution to the Northfield Foundation through our Colorado Gives campaign will provide:

These are not “extras,” they are essentials that ensure every child can learn and thrive. Every gift, big or small, stays right here at Northfield and supports our Nighthawk community.
