Coach Ernest Jones has led the Northfield High School Men’s Golf program since 2021. In addition to directing both the Nighthawk Men’s and Women’s golf teams, he serves as a science teacher at Northfield. During the summer months, he coaches youth basketball for CBE Elite (formerly Chauncey Billups Elite).
Coach Jones’ coaching philosophy is rooted in encouragement, continuous learning, and character development both on and off the golf course. He strives to build strong, positive relationships and foster a supportive learning environment through times of both adversity and success.
