As Teacher Appreciation Week approaches, Northfield’s Administration team wants to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for the school’s amazing teachers.
While many of us recognize the dedication and daily efforts of our teachers, it’s important to shed light on the unseen aspects of their work. Behind the scenes, our teachers take time to build strong relationships with our students. They speak words of encouragement and support, while nurturing our students to be risk-takers and critical thinkers, and to identify ways to contribute to not only their individual success but to the success of others, as well.
Many of our teachers dedicate countless hours beyond the school day to ensure students have access to clubs, athletics, mentoring and tutoring opportunities, and other things that make Northfield so special. It’s important that every student at Northfield has a sense of belonging and we couldn’t do that without our teachers.
