UPDATED: 8th Grade Prospective Student Information Night; Two Sessions Available

Posted October 25, 2023

We’re prepping The Nest for prospective students and families who will visit Northfield on Thursday, Oct. 26, for an introduction to life at Northfield. Due to limited capacity, students with the last names A-L, and their families, are asked to attend the 5-6 p.m. session; students with last names M-Z, and their families, are asked to attend the 6:30-7:30 p.m. session. Sessions will include the same content; please only attend one session. Presentations are held at Northfield High School (5500 Central Park Blvd.), in the Cafetorium located in Building 1.

During the presentation, you’ll hear from Northfield administrators, school staff and current students about life at Northfield, including an overview of class offerings; an introduction to the high school International Baccalaureate Programme; details about student athletics, activities and clubs; and more. Please RSVP to attend. Parking on campus is expected to be extremely limited; refer to the map for parking options. In the event on-campus spots are not available, please park in the surrounding neighborhood.

Northfield does not plan to offer prospective families campus tours during the school day. We are currently in communication with feeder middle schools to explore alternative opportunities for prospective students and will communicate once finalized. We will host an 8th Grade Open House in early January; these details will be communicated soon.
