After college, she coached at Castle View High School, where her leadership helped earn the team multiple top honors—including a 5A Varsity Coed State Championship and a 2nd place finish at the 2023 UCA Nationals, followed by an 8th place finish in 2024.
Most recently, Coach Williams instructed Allstar teams at levels 1–5, culminating in an NCA National Championship this past season. Her coaching style combines technical excellence with a deep belief in the power of sports to shape confident, resilient young people.
Coach Williams holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing, adding a strategic lens to her coaching approach.
