Meet Coach Rebecca Hopeck
This is Coach Rebecca Hopeck’s second year as the head coach of the Girls Flag Football team that became a sanctioned CHSAA sport in the fall of 2024! It is with great excitement that she fulfills this role as she and her team have prepared for this in recent years when flag football was first introduced to high schools in Colorado as a club sport.
She brings many years of experience playing flag football herself and a long history of coaching high school sports, including Northfield’s Women’s Basketball team. Coach Hopeck has committed her entire teaching career to Denver Public Schools and continues to be an asset to Northfield High School as a math teacher. Let’s go Nighthawks!
