The 2025-26 school year marks Northfield High School Coach Ernest Jones’ fifth year leading the Nighthawk Men’s Golf team. In addition to leading both Northfield’s Men’s and Women’s golf teams, he is a Northfield science teacher.
During the summer months, he serves as a boys club basketball coach for CBE Elite, formally known as Chauncey Billups Elite.
Coach Jones’ coaching philosophy is rooted in encouraging, learning and development on and off the golf course. He strives to create a positive learning environment in times of adversity and success while building positive relationships.
