Northfield Foundation Scholarships

Notice: The Northfield High School Foundation Scholarship Application Update

The Northfield High School Foundation has informed the school that their scholarship application platform is currently undergoing an unexpected transition. Please note the following:

• Completed Applications: The Foundation has confirmed that applications already submitted have been received and will be evaluated as planned.
• Applications in Progress: Students with drafts in the current system are strongly encouraged to submit by March 5th. Submitting before this date will ensure your data is captured before the current platform closes.
• New Applicants:  Any seniors who has not applied should consider applying and completing the short application before the March 5th date
• The Foundation is currently working on a solution for new submissions. Updated instructions and a new application link will be posted here as soon as they are finalized.

The final scholarship deadline remains March 14th.

Class of 2026 Apply Now for $3,000 Scholarships!

The Northfield High School Foundation is now accepting applications for five $3,000 non-renewable scholarships for the Class of 2026. These awards support students pursuing higher education (2-year or 4-year degrees) or professional/vocational certifications.

How to Apply:

• Platform: Sign up for a free account on Going Merry to be matched with the application.
• Requirements: Complete three short response essay prompts regarding your Northfield experience and post-graduation plans.
• Transcript: Upload your most recent transcript (unofficial copies from Infinite Campus are accepted).
• Selection: The committee looks for students who demonstrate resilience and contribute to the Northfield community through service, athletics, or clubs.

Important Dates:

• Applications Open: Friday, January 23, 2026.
• Deadline to Apply: Friday, March 13, 2026.
• Winners Announced: Late April 2026.
