Hi I am Ms. Garland and I teach English 1 Honors and Introduction to Debate here at Northfield. I’ve been teaching for six years with three of those years being here at Northfield!
I grew up in New Hampshire where I attended Saint Anselm College, graduating with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Secondary Education and English. After my first year of teaching I moved out to Colorado with my fiancee and have lived here ever since! Teaching has been my dream since I was young, but when I am not in the classroom I love reading, hiking, spending time with my two dogs, and more.
