All medications, including over-the-counter (OTC) medications, such as Advil, Tylenol, cough drops, etc., must follow the conditions listed below. Additionally, the Student Medication Administration Agreement (Spanish) and Self-Carry Medication Administration Contract must be completed by the student, parent/guardian and Northfield nurse.
Regular attendance has a direct correlation to high levels of student learning and students are encouraged to attend every class on time and every day of the school year. If a student is absent for three or more days, a doctor’s note must be provided.
